The Healthy-Living Affirmation.

My dear friend [Beloved], I pray that you are doing well [prospering] in ·every way [all respects] and that your health is good, just as your soul is doing fine [it is well with your soul; your soul is prospering].

The healthy-living affirmation teaches us to declare the promises of God almighty, the maker and giver of good health. Learn to declare affirmations that make your body and soul healthy. Use these affirmations to overcome your body/weight issues and receive good health.

Bible verses have been added to each affirmation to guide your reading, be sure to look them up! 

I am Healthy,

I serve the Lord and He blesses me and protects me from illness. (Exodus 23:25)

I thank God for His provision, I eat and drink for His glory. (I Corinthians 10:31)

I have food for my preservation, not a hair from my head will perish. (Acts 27:34)

I listen to the Lord, He instructs me on how to obtain good soul food. (Isaiah 55:1-2)

I glorify God with my body, for I am His temple. (I Corinthians 6:19-20, I Corinthians 3:17)

The Lord brings me health and healing; I enjoy peace and security in His hands. (Jeremiah 33:6)

I fear the Lord and turn away from evil, for this I gain renewed health and vitality. (Proverbs 3:7-8)

I live wisely, I am not intoxicated by wine or strong drink. (Proverbs 20:1, Ephesians 5:18, Daniel 1:8-9)

I am not given to appetite, for the Lord satisfies me more than the richest of foods. (Psalms 63:5, Proverbs 23:2) 

I remember the commandments of the Lord, they restore my joy and bring me good health. (Psalms 119:93)

I avoid jealousy and maintain a peaceful and cheerful heart, in order that my body may be healthy. (Proverbs 14:30, Proverbs 17:22, Ecclesiastes 11:10)

I have bodily discipline; I exercise myself physically and spiritually that I may be healthy in this life and the next. (I Timothy 4:8) 

I wait on the Lord and find strength, He refreshes me when I am weak and exhausted, I fly high on wings like eagles, I do not faint or grow weary. (Isaiah 40:29-31)

I hope in the Lord to provide me with what I need to be healthy, to bring me life and satisfy me. (Psalms 145:15-16, Proverbs 13:12)
