#WorshipWednesday – Praise the Lord in spirit and in truth.

We all struggle with low self-esteem and depression at certain points in our life. We feel like we are not victorious because life stones us with challenges but we forget that there is a king living in us, there is a conqueror living in us.

Romans 8:37 – Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.

There’s power when we speak so we have to be mindful of what we declare about our lives. If we begin to speak like victors and not those who have been defeated, we will rise up! We are born and chosen to rule!

1 peter 2:9 – But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Speak words of worship to the king in you, 1 peter 2:9 says we come from royalty! The devil tries to keep us from knowing who we are! The devil wants to make us forget that God is FOR us by throwing trials at us! But if God is for us, nothing can be against us!

Romans 8:21 – What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us?

Today, let this song encourage you as you listen. As you worship with this song, remember to embrace your king, embrace the Holy Spirit living inside you and if you haven’t yet, give your life to Christ today so that you may receive this King!

Simply say: Lord Jesus, I believe in your sacrifice, I receive you as my Lord and saviour. Today, I welcome you into my life and ask that you help me to know you better.
