#MeditationMonday – Out of the abundance of a man’s heart, his mouth speaks.  

Having self control is important to our faith, without control over our spirits we are vulnerable to the manipulation and wiles of the devil. Self control is a gift of the spirit in Galatians 5:23 and also a spirit that has been given unto us by God to conquer fear and develop a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Mediate on this verse today and ask the Lord to show you how to exercise self control in all things this week and evermore.
