“Gehenna” the greek word for Hell isn’t mentioned in the old testament.
Mentions of “Hell” in the old testament are most likely from modern translations of “Sheol” which means grave!
There is a very prevalent argument amongst theologians and translators on whether or why hell is or isn’t mentioned in the Old testament!
